A position is available as a truck driver collecting items donated
by the public. The person we seek should be an experienced driver, dedicated and responsible. The position will ideally suit an individual that has a solid truck driving history (or fleet experience), an a "G" license. The role will call you to be responsible for the collection of second hand clothing and household goods throughout specific routes. Manual pickup and loading will be a regular part of the role. Candidates must possess the following: •Willingness to learn •"G" License with clean driving abstract. •Proactive approach to work •Friendly personality •Administration skills, daily documentation requirements and log books •Able to maintain a pleasant and professional manner •Physically fit •Honest and trustworthy •Understand collection route plans and follow instructions. This is initially a casual position with a view to permanency after a short qualifying period. The successful candidate will be required to undertake a police clearance.
